How to pay your school fees using Lipa Karo na Mpesa in Co-operative Bank and KCB bank

In this article i have discussed how to pay your school fees using lipa karo na mpesa in two banks which are Co-operative Bank and KCB bank

How to pay school fees through Co-operative bank using Lipa Karo na Mpesa

  • Go to Mpesa menu
  • Then you choose Lipa na Mpesa
  • Select paybill
  • Enter business number (400222)
  • Enter account numberĀ  (schoolcode#studentID)
  • Enter amount you wish to pay then confirm the transction

How to pay school fees through KCB bank using Lipa Karo na Mpesa

  • Go to Mpesa menu
  • Then you choose Lipa na Mpesa
  • Select paybill
  • Enter business number (522123)
  • Enter account number – in this part you will input your schoolcode followed by letter K the your student Id (no spaces should be kept) i.e (schoolcodeKstudentID)
  • Enter amount you wish to pay then confirm the transction

KCB bank will send you a text message when the fee payment has been successful.This can act as your receipt.
